Stress is disastrous for MS

I have sadly just experienced a terribly upsetting argument with my Dad.. we love each other dearly but occasionally we have a huge bust up and he causes me a great deal of stress. It was almost instant that I felt excruciating pains flooding into my face which is the neuralgia caused by MS and this time was brought on by extreme stress. I am so grateful for my kind and caring 11 yr old son who got me a drink and a banana to help calm me down. Stress is real and I was just reading an article about Christina Applegate explaining how she suffers falls and walking problems when stressed. I’m going to try so hard to not get into these situations
@messy100

I hear you. I’ve gotten in the habit of eating “anti stress” gaba gummies around certain family members to cope. 😆

Stress causes my worst pseudo flares too… how do we stay peaceful?
